Take Interstate 5 North towards Seattle.
Take Exit 164A/Madison Street and continue north on 7th Avenue.
Cross Seneca Street and stay on 7th Avenue down and around the corner as it turns into Hubbell Place.
The Elektra Condominiums are on the right.
Approximate driving time is 25 minutes and distance is 15 miles.
